System Requirements

If you want to run DAEMON Tools Lite 10 on your PC, it has to meet the following minimal system requirements:

  • 500 MHz CPU
  • 1024 MB RAM
  • 30 MB of free space available in the target installation directory

Please note, that for DAEMON Tools Lite to work properly, .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later is required (starting with 10.14 version of the app).

DAEMON Tools Lite 10 supports the following operating systems:

  • Windows 98 (up to 3.47)
  • Windows 2000 SP4 (up to 4.35.6)
  • Windows XP (up to 10.2)
  • Windows XP Pro (up to 10.2)

  • Windows Vista (up to 10.2)

    Please note that DAEMON Tools Lite works on Windows Vista only if the following security updates are installed: KB4499180; KB4019204; KB4024402; KB4021903; KB4018466; KB4012598.

  • Windows Server 2008

  • Windows 7 (4.35.5 or later)
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 (4.35.5 or later)
  • Windows 8 (4.46.1-10.11)
  • Windows 8.1 (4.48.1 or later)
  • Windows 10 (4.40 or later)
  • Windows 10 Anniversary (5.0.1 or later)
  • Windows 11 (10.11 or later)
